Jeff and Brenda Stithem of Hoyt and Mark and Mary Platt of McCune are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Danielle Kay Stithem and Garret James Platt.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Royal Valley High School and Kansas State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and agribusiness and a master’s degree in accounting. She is employed by Pinion Accounting/Financial in Wichita.
The future groom is a graduate of Girard High School and Pittsburg State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. He is employed by USD 337 Royal Valley.
The wedding will be held on Saturday, July 27 in Holton.
