Maddie Foster and Stijn Cos of Newport News, Va. are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Ophelia Jozefa Cos, who was born on Oct. 23, 2025.
Ophelia weighed seven pounds, five ounces and was 22 inches long.
Proud grandparents are Scott and Susan Foster of Holton and Jo Repriels and Dirk Cos of Orefield, Pa.
