McDonalds to celebrate 50th anniversary

Gayle and Sharon McDonald of Holton will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Thursday, Feb. 14.
On Feb. 14, 1969, Gayle McDonald of Cameron, Mo. and Sharon Holliday of Farmington, Mo. were united in marriage.
The ceremony was held at the United Methodist Church in Farmington and was officiated by the Rev. W. Canon Kinnard.
They couple has two children, the late Les McDonald and Mary (Mrs. T. Carl Cannon Jr.).
They also have three grandchildren, Thomas, Charlie and McKinley of Fort Worth, Texas.
They had a family get together over Christmas in Fort Worth to celebrate.
