Kennedys to celebrate golden anniversary

Paul and Janet Kennedy of rural Mayetta will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Aug. 11.
Paul and Janet Kimmi Kennedy were married on Aug. 11, 1973, at the First Christian Church in Holton by the Rev. Leslie Peterson and Father William Kauffman.
Their children are Beth and Jason Smith, Jason and Melissa Kennedy, Caleb and Sarah Kennedy and the late Justin Kennedy. They have six grandchildren, Lorna, Kennedy, Jordan, Rory, Jase and Lillian.
They celebrated with a family trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C.
