Edelman-Burdiek

Elizabeth Edelman of Sabetha and Rodney Burdiek of Wetmore are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brad and Teresa Edelman of Sabetha and the granddaughter of Beverly Goodman of Sabetha.

The future groom is the son of Ron and Joyce Burdiek of Wetmore.

Elizabeth is a 2004 graduate of Deer Creek Valley School in Sabetha. She also attended Highland Community College for two years and graduated with an associate of arts degree in 2007. She works in the private home healthcare field.

Rodney is a 1995 graduate of Wetmore High School. He is a self employed farmer and cattleman.

The couple will wed at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, at Saint James Catholic Church in Wetmore. A reception, dinner and dance will follow at the church hall. The couple will reside near Wetmore.
