Eric and Cheri Bjelland of Holton are happy to announcement the engagement and approaching marriage of their son, Marshall Eric Bjelland, to Stephanie Michele Higinbotham, both of Kansas City.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bill and Wendy Higinbotham of Oklahoma and Kathy and Dan Holmes of Wichita.
Stephanie majored in English and minored in psychology at the University of Kansas. She is a patient care coordinator at Kansas City Wellness Center.
The future groom majored in economics with a minor in business from KU. He is a finance manager for Reed Automotive Group.
The couple are planning a Jan. 19 wedding at the Scarritt Building in Kansas City.
