Velma Osborn, 98 of Manhattan, passed away on July 23, 2026, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan.
Arrangements are in the care of Irvin Parkview Funeral Home in Manhattan. A rosary will be held at Irvin Parkview Funeral Home at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30 with a visitation following from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Services will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 31 with burial following at Sunset Cemetery.
