Timothy Nesbitt III 2001-2016
Timothy W. Nesbitt III, 15, Silver Lake, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center in Topeka from injuries received in an auto accident.
He was born Jan. 24, 2001, in Topeka, the son of Timothy W. Nesbitt Jr. and Ashley Olson.
Mr. Nesbitt grew up in Silver Lake and was a freshman at Silver Lake High School. He was on the football and wrestling teams, and he participated in track and the school play. He was a member of the Student Council and FFA. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Silver Lake.
Survivors include his father, Timothy W. Nesbitt Jr., Holton; his mother and stepfather, Ashley and Shannon TenEyck, Silver Lake; three brothers, Seth, Colton and Camden TenEyck, all of Silver Lake; two sisters, Isabella Nesbitt, Emporia, and Emilee Nesbitt, Holton; and grandparents, Anita and John Robb, Delia, Jake Olson, Rossville, Jayne and Al Logue, Topeka, Timothy W. Nesbitt Sr., Topeka, and Alfred and Cheryl TenEyck, St. Marys. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Brad Brady.
Funeral services were held March 3 at the Silver Lake High School Gym. Interment was held in Delia Cemetery.
