Schrita Fink 1949-2023

Schrita J. Fink, 73, Hoyt, died Monday, June 12, 2023, at home.

She was born Oct. 3, 1949, in Wamego, the daughter of Karl and Ella Hasenbank Fink.

Miss Fink did janitorial work at different schools, including Royal Valley. She later worked at Payless Shoe Source in warehouse inventory control.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sylvia Spangler; and a brother, Steven Fink.

Survivors include two sisters, Shelia Murray, Hoyt, and Sonya Bergman and husband Gene, Mayetta; two nephews, Carl Correll and wife Renee and Bill Correll and wife Susan; and two nieces, Pam Moseley and husband Mike and Suzy McCord and husband Jason.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 17 at Hoyt United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Steward Cemetery east of Hoyt. No other calling hours or visitation is planned. Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hoyt is in charge of arrangements.
