Robert Primm Jr. 1957-2025

Robert Eugene Primm Jr., 68, Holton, died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, at his home.

He was born June 8, 1957, in Holton, the son of Robert Eugene (Sr.) and Delia Brown Primm. He graduated from Holton High School and had lived in the Holton community since 2012 and previously in Mayetta.

Mr. Primm served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War from 1975 to 1976. He worked for 13 years at Rockwell Casting in Atchison.

He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Clan Stewart Society in America.

He married Alicia Evans on Dec. 9, 2005, in Mayetta. She survives.

Other survivors include two siblings, J.D. Ellis and Roberta McCartney; two daughters, Brandy Folsom and husband Jay and Jaimie Leis and husband Matt; four stepchildren, Jaime, Lisa, Chrissy and Timmy; two grandsons, Brett and wife Erika and Austin; and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is assisting the family.
