Phyl Martin, 59, Ozawkie, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, in a traffic accident north of Hoyt.
She was born Sept. 22, 1956, in Topeka, the daughter of Philip and Sondra Norman Johnson.
She married Phillip Martin on Nov. 16, 2012, in Topeka. He survives.
Other survivors include a stepdaughter, Lauren Moore and husband Cole, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; two grandchildren, Addilyn and Easton, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; and her mother, Sondra Johnson. She was preceded in death by her father, Philip Johnson.
Celebration of life services will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 S.W. Urish Road, Topeka.
