Olen George Whipple 2015
Olen George Whipple, infant son of David Phillips and Alicia Whipple Decker, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
He was born Nov. 13, 2015, in Topeka.
Survivors include his father, David Phillips, Topeka; his mother, Alicia Whipple Decker, Holton; three sisters, Amariah, Danika and Zuri, all of the home; maternal grandparents, Kelli Carter, Elk Grove, Calif., and George Whipple, Hot Springs, Ark.; paternal grandparents, Dave and Judy Phillips, Topeka; maternal uncle, Jesse Whipple and wife JoDee, Holton; maternal aunts, Suzy Moore and Jeannie Grimmet, both of Topeka; paternal uncle, Sean Phillips, Topeka; and many cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
