Norma Luebbe 1954-2023
Norma C. Luebbe, 68, rural Mayetta, died Thursday, April 27, 2023, at her home.
She was born Dec. 31, 1954, in Topeka, the daughter of Howard and Florence Feik Ritchey. She graduated from Topeka West High School in 1972.
Mrs. Luebbe was a retired licensed practical nurse.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Topeka.
She married Charles J. Luebbe on June 1, 1991, in Topeka. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Shane Wettengel and wife Julie, and a daughter, Erica Fuchs and husband Bruce, all of Topeka; two brothers, Frank and Floyd, both of Topeka; three sisters, Linda, Barbara and Mary, all of Topeka; five grandchildren, Kyle, Emme, Shalah, Shawna and Jaylen; five great-grandchildren, Clover, Archer, Adrian, Dayana and Juliana; and four stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Addyson, Justin and Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Howard, Jr. and a sister, Sally.
No services are planned. Inurnment will be held later in Mayetta Cemetery.
