Mary Domme

Mary Domme died Thursday, Aug. 10 at Celebrations Senior Living in Denison, Texas.

A private family memorial is being planned. Mary chose to be a participant and donor in the Southwestern Medical School Willed Body Program.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, O.L. (Bud) and Betty Rogers of Kansas, brother Gale Rogers of Kansas and two husbands.

Remaining to cherish memories and continue her loving way of life are daughter Liz Washington (Mike) of Bells, Texas; twin sons, Dr. Winston Marshall (DeAn) of Sherman, Texas, and Dr. Wesley Marshall (Belinda) of Frisco, Texas. Mary had nine grandchildren, several nieces and cousins, and a cherished friend, Juanita Vannoy of Sadler, Texas.

Mary’s dedication and devotion to family, friends and the field of education have been evident throughout her life. Following retirement, Mary moved to Sherman, Texas, where she has made many friends at the Senior Dance Clubs, Parkside Baptist Church, Super Seniors Fellowship at Grace United Methodist Church and Red River Line Dancers.

Mary will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who were influenced by the strong, kind, funny and beautiful person. She truly was a gift from God and a blessing to all.
