Marvin Page 1941-2024

Marvin A. Page, 83, died Monday, March 11, 2024, at the VA Hospital Nursing Home in Leavenworth.

He was born Feb. 18, 1941, on a farm near St. Clere, the son of Charles and Elsie Martin Page. He graduated from Emmett High School.

Mr. Page served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. After being discharged from the Army he worked for Hill’s Pet Food in Topeka for 22 years.

He married Anna Schart in 1966. She survives.

Other survivors include a stepson, Gerhart Schart; a brother, Duane Page, Topeka; and a sister, Mary DeVader, Holton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elsie; a sister, Evelyn Page; and four brothers, John Page, Lyle Page, Darrell Page and James Page.

Private family inurnment will be held at a later date in St. Clere Cemetery. Chapel Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
