Lucille McKeever, 104, Lawrence, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022.
She was born April 20, 1917, in Holton, the daughter of Harry and Anna Reamer Triess.
Mrs. McKeever and her husband farmed and raised cattle. They lived near Circleville until 1959 and near Holton until 2002, when they moved to rural Lawrence.
She married Raymond McKeever in 1945. He died in 2019.
Survivors include a daughter, June McKeever; three granddaughters, Katie Brainerd and husband Andrew, Kris Schmidt and husband Troy and Kim Mikulan; a great-granddaughter, RaeLynn; a niece; and a nephew.
Cremation is planned. Inurnment will be held in Holton Cemetery at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
