John Robinson IV 1961-2025
John Marshall Robinson IV, 64, Holton, died Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, at his home.
He was born March 14, 1961, in Sedalia, Mo., the son of John Marshall Robinson III and Flora Mae Parks Rodewald.
Mr. Robinson served in the U.S. Navy from 1988 to 1995, serving as a weapons systems technician until he was medically discharged.
He was a member of the Harley Motorcycle Club.
He married Willimena J. Hall on Sept. 9, 2008, in Holton. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Flora Rodewald, Winsor, Mo.; his father, John Robinson III, in Illinois; three daughters, Kellie Goff, in Missouri, Keilia Mitcham, in Nebraska, and Samaria Robinson, in New Mexico; a stepdaughter, Barbara Hall, in New Mexico; two stepsons, William Collins IV and Marquez Collins, both of Holton; a sister, Diane Robinson Lawson and husband Rob, Sedalia, Mo.; a brother, Larry Rodewald Jr., in Missouri; 26 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and other family members.
He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Nadean Hall; and a sister, Theresa Rodewald.
Memorial services with military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton.
