Ina Bryan 1938-2026

Ina G. Bryan passed away on July 30 at her home in Kansas City.

Ina was born June 6, 1938, to Charlie and Opal Pittenger.

She spent her childhood in the Soldier area and graduated from Soldier High School.

Ina married Richard Bryan of Holton and they raised their two children in Kansas City.

Ina is survived by her husband Richard of Kansas City, her son Rick (Donna) of Basehor, her daughter Kristen (Kenny) Golden of Kansas City; sister Phyllis Scott (Bob) of Holton, brother Steve Pittenger (Barb) of Lawrence, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many friends.

Ina was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Rex and sister Pat Moulden.

Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Judson Baptist Church in Kansas City. Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a celebration of life. A reception will follow immediately after the service.
