Donald Mackintosh 1927-2022

Donald H. Mackintosh, 94, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022.

He was born Sept. 13, 1927.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Barbara; parents, David and Constance (Clapp) Mackintosh; daughter, Janet Kotas; great-grandson, Chase Hunter; son, David Mackintosh; and son-in-law, Vern Klaumann.

He is survived by daughters Connie Klaumann and Becky (Richard) Meyer; a son-in-law, Doug Kotas; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Hunter, T.J. (Abby) Kotas, Derek Meyer, Brandon (Kalyn) Meyer, Samantha (Jerry) Peck and J.J. Meyer; an honorary grandchild, Cailin Parks; great-grandchildren, Amber, Lucas and Tyler Hunter, Isaiah, Ariahnna and Lennox Peck and Maverick Kotas; sisters, Elizabeth Oswald and MaryBelle Bastian; and many other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19 at the Pacific Street Chapel in Omaha, Neb. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, one hour prior to the service.
