Christie Bagby 1966-2015
Christie Ann Bagby, 48, Circleville, died Thursday, April 23, 2015.
She was born Dec. 4, 1966, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Robert E. and Sylvia Alexander Moore.
Mrs. Bagby worked as a case manager for the Kansas Children’s Service League for several years. She also worked at Sheltered Living as an independent home case manager.
She married Keith Bagby. He survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Holly Bailey and husband Daniel, Topeka, and Amber Blanton, Holton; a stepson, Mitchell Bagby and wife Krista, in Michigan; two grandchildren, Tristian Nelson and Rozlinn Bailey, both of Topeka; two brothers, Douglas Holtman and Darrell Holtman, both in Kansas; two sisters, Gayle Barnett, Hiawatha, and Mary Pine, in Florida; and a niece/sister, Pennie Scates, Hiawatha. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Richard Holtman; a nephew, Mark Holtman; and a niece, Shawna M. Geniuk.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Holton. Private burial will be held in Circleville Cemetery. Mrs. Bagby will lie in state after 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where family and friends will meet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
