Kathryn Montgomery 1959-2023

Kathryn Montgomery, 64, passed away after a long illness on Nov. 28, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kathy was born in October 1959 to William (Jr.) and Ruth Montgomery.

She grew up in Holton, where she attended Colorado Elementary School and Holton High School, and worked as an EMT. She moved to California, where she married Fred Concel and worked as a customer service representative. They later divorced. She moved to Oklahoma for a few years, then settled in Ohio with her fiancée, David Zebick.

Survivors include Ligaya Santos; sister Debra in California; brothers David (Patti), Ron and Dee (Tessa); families in Texas; and cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside ceremony for our dear sister Kathy at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 5 at the Holton Cemetery. At 11 a.m., we will have a gathering at Trails Café. We invite you all to come and share a memory of Kathy.
