Kenneth Wayne Dibbern, 75, of Mayetta, passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at his home.
Memorial services with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Inurnment will follow in Olive Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
