Hintons to celebrate 70th anniversary

Jerry and Jean Hinton of Topeka will celebrate 70 years of marriage on Feb. 1, 2017.
They were married on Feb. 1, 1947, in Topeka. Jerry is a retired farmer and is retired from the United States Postal Service. Jean is retired from Holton Community Hospital, where she worked for 13 years.
The couple has two sons, Larry Hinton and his wife, Becky, of Topeka, and Ron Hinton and his wife, Barb, of Olympia, Wash. They also have two granddaughters, one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter.
