If it's cold outside, "blame the groundhog." At least that's what fourth-grade students at Royal Valley Elementary School recommended during their spring concert Tuesday evening in Hoyt. The students' program focused on a variety of holidays celebrated throughout the year, such as St. Patrick's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and birthdays.
