Wilma Chancellor 1957-2026

Wilma Charlene Chancellor, 69, Holton, died Friday, Aug. 7, 2026 at her home in Holton.

She was born Aug. 5, 1957, in Manhattan, the daughter of Boyd Eugene and Opal Mae Edman Noland. She graduated from Royal Valley High School in 1976.

She married Glenn Lewis Chancellor on Dec. 4, 1976, in Holton. He survives.

Other survivors include three children, Tonya Chancellor, Glenn Aaron Chancellor and wife Shannon and Amber Hicks, all of Holton; two sisters, Connie Glenn, Topeka, and Mary Johnson and husband Patrick, Rossville; and 12 grandchildren.

Cremation is planned. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
