Veterans Day parade draws crowd despite high winds

Wednesday's Veterans Day parade around Holton's Town Square drew a sizable crowd despite the high winds that blew through the area that day. In addition to local veterans and representative organizations such as the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, parade participants included students from Central Elementary School, marching bands from Holton and Royal Valley schools, the Holton Lions Club and area law enforcement.
