Tractor pull held at Whiting Fire Fest

When Tiffany Kuglin of Holton, shown above, is not managing the Lifecare Fitness Center, she puts her competitive spirit to work on the Northeast Kansas Stock Garden Tractor Pullers' circuit. At the Whiting Fire Festival competition last weekend, Kuglin and her machine, owned by Charles Call of Denison State Bank, won three events. This is Kuglin's second year competing in garden tractor pulls, she said.
