Legislative breakfast set for April 4
The Holton/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Legislative Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 4 at Penny's on the west side of Holton's Town Square, it has been reported.
Rep. Becky Hutchins and Sen. Dennis Pyle have confirmed that they will be present to meet with the public and give updates on what's going on in the Kansas Legislature, Chamber director Carolyn McKee said. Rep. Randy Garber has announced that he will not be present, McKee added.
Penny's will provide coffee and juice for the event; other items may be ordered from the menu. The event is open to the public.
