Moving snow a big task for city workers

Holton city employee Rob Snavely (at right, in skid loader) spent part of Monday morning moving snow into city dump trucks, like the recently-purchased Dodge Ram 5500 shown at left and driven by Aaron Watkins, to be placed at Countryside Park, where the snow will run into Banner Creek as it melts. Snavely said that removing the mountains of snow from around Holton’s Town Square will take “about two weeks.” (Photo by Brian Sanders)
