Schumakers celebrate 40th anniversary

Dennis Schumaker and Gay McClellan will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Nov. 20.
The couple was married Nov. 20, 1981, at the rural Holton home of Gay’s grandfather, Thayne Stauffer.
Dennis is a truck driver, and Gay is a paraprofessional at Wetmore Schools. They have three children, Sam and Christi Schumaker, Emmett and Morgan Schumaker and Kallie and Derek Kirk, along with 10 grandchildren, Madison, Addyson, Comyn, Kara, Aiden, Annistyn, Austyn, Declan, Ledger and Klein.
