Keelers to celebrate 50th anniversary

Helen Kramer, daughter of Frank and Rose (Buessing) Kramer of Seneca, and A.J. “Sonny” Keeler Jr., son of A.J. and Clara (Morgan) Keeler of Whiting, were married July 16, 1966 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca.

On July 17, 2016, they will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a Mass at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Horton at 8:15 a.m. Later in the day, there will be an open house reception at the Whiting gym. Family and friends are invited to join them from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The couple requests no gifts.

The couple has four children, Neal Keeler and his wife, Debbie, and Brian Keeler, both of Whiting; Jodi Wohletz and her husband, Brad, of Shawnee; and Kirk Keeler and his wife, Diane, of Wetmore.

They also have seven grandchildren, Grace, Sam, Isaac, Maggie and Mia; a step-granddaughter, Janae Nilges and her husband, Greg; and a step-grandson, Brant.
