Joan Hood to celebrate 90th birthday

Joan Hood of Topeka will celebrate her 90th birthday on Sunday, Feb. 20. The public is invited to join her and her children in celebrating the milestone.
Joan was a Jackson County resident for many years and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
