Dallmans celebrate 40th anniversary
Kim and Susan Dallman of Mayetta celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 16.
Kim Dallman and Susan Roberts were united in marriage on Oct. 16, 1982 at the Tecumseh United Methodist Church in Tecumseh. They moved to rural Jackson County in the fall of 1985, where they raised their family.
Kim worked for Jarboe’s Nursery for many years, and more recently NorthWind Technical Services in Sabetha. Susan worked for USD 336 Holton for several years and currently cooks for the Jackson County Senior Center.
The couple has three children: Jake Dallman of Mayetta, Brett Dallman and his wife, Crissy, of Valley Falls and Shelby Smith and her husband, Justin, of Denver, Colo. They also have four grandchildren: Riley, Claire, Jason and Max.
The couple celebrated with a trip to Eureka Springs, Ark., and had a dinner with family.
