Doug and Lisa Brown of Olathe, Kent and Diane Fry of Lawrence and Greg and Debbie Korte of Ottawa are happy to announce the engagement of their children, Lauren Elizabeth Brown to Zachary Wilson Korte.
The future bride is employed by the Olathe school system at Heatherstone Elementary as a first-grade teacher. The groom is employed by Aero Transportation Products as a director of field sales.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Barbara and Dennis Hutchinson of Circleville, George and Jan Brown of Alma and Bill and Karen Meares of Olathe.
The future groom is the grandson of Peggy and Karon Crosby of Ottawa, Pat and Nancy Morris of Seattle, Wash. and Albert Korte and Hilda Fladung of Ottawa.
The couple will wed June 4, 2016 in Lawrence.
