Armstrongs to celebrate 70th anniversary

Charles and Anna Armstrong of Muscotah will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Thursday, June 25, 2020. They were united in marriage at Charles’ parents’ home on Sunday, June 25, 1950.
They are the parents of three children, Kathy Geis and her husband, Bill, of Shawnee, Mark Armstrong and his wife, Kathleen, of Muscotah and Gregg Armstrong of Shawnee.
They have seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the couple is unable to celebrate with family and friends so their family requests that cards of congratulations be sent to the couple at 4331 Bourbon Rd., Muscotah, KS 66058.
