Stanley Larrison 1948-2015
Stanley Lee Larrison, 67, Coweta, Okla., died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, at his home.
He was born Feb. 23, 1948, in Holton, the son of Donald and Rosie Wilson Larrison. He was raised in Circleville and graduated from Circleville High School in 1966. He received a bachelor’s degree in education from Emporia State Teachers College in 1970 and received a business degree with an emphasis in computers and data processing from Emporia State University in 1978.
Mr. Larrison and his wife taught together in northern Kansas for six years. He later worked as a computer analyst for Conoco in Ponca City, Okla., for 26 years, retiring in 2004.
He was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Ponca City and Abiding Harvest United Methodist Church in Broken Arrow.
He married Donna Lee Rhodes on June 6, 1970. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Scott Larrison and wife Gabrielle, Mannford, Okla.; a daughter, Kathleen Foreman and husband Andrew, Broken Arrow, Okla.; five grandchildren, Samuel, Naomi, Isaiah, Madelyn and Bethany; and a sister, Charlotte Utz and husband Kenny, Holton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Abiding Harvest United Methodist Church in Broken Arrow, Okla. Burial will follow in Floral Havens Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow.
