Sharon Mitchell 1947-2018

Sharon Kay Mitchell, 70, Holton, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at Midland Hospice House in Topeka.

She was born Nov. 8, 1947, at Onaga, the daughter of Melvin and Iverna Ristow Most. She graduated from Onaga High School in 1965.

Mrs. Mitchell was the office manager at Community Health Care Systems Onaga clinic for many years. Most recently, she was a paraprofessional at Holton Elementary School.

She was a member of Quivira Heights Church of Christ in Topeka.

She married Larry Mitchell on Sept. 19, 2011. He survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Aimee Russell and husband John, Olathe; two sons, Ryan Noel and wife Janelle, Holton, and Joshua Noel and wife Audrie, Garden City; a brother, Don Most, Onaga; 10 grandchildren, Madison, Austin, Kolbie, Ethan, Gavin, Karlie, Adonus, Iexa, Jaden and Jazlyn; two stepchildren, Brandi Pugh and Michael Mitchell; and seven stepgrandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19 at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Holton. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
