Lisa Campbell 1962-2018

Lisa Marie (Hebert) Campbell, 56, of Meriden, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2018.

She was born Aug. 30, 1962, in Abbeville, La., the daughter of Mary Ruby (Chatagnier) and Dolzie Hebert.

She was a Head Cook for various food service locations and well known for her Louisiana-style Cajun cooking. She enjoyed gardening and fishing and had a love of the outdoors.

She married the love of her life, Claude Edward Campbell, who preceded her in death on Aug, 30, 2017.

Lisa is survived by a beloved son, Brock Anthony Campbell and husband Paul Murphy; brother Gilbert Hebert and wife Kathy; her brother and sister-in-laws, Donnie Campbell, Mike and Bev Campbell and Sue and Jack Lowery; as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 at the Community Center in Hoyt, 900 Park Dr., Hoyt, KS 66440. Inurnment will be held in Hoyt Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 S.W. Sixth Ave., Topeka, KS 66603.
