Lawrence "Keith" Parrett 1938-2022

Lawrence “Keith” Parrett, 83, Holton, formerly of Circleville, died Monday, June 6, 2022, at his home with family by his side.

He was born July 10, 1938, in Topeka, the son of Lawrence Preston and Mary Willie Keithline Parrett. He graduated from Circleville High School in 1956. He lived most of his life in Circleville and Silver Lake.

Mr. Parrett worked for Bartlett and West Engineering for five years in Topeka. He retired in 1994 from the State of Kansas Construction Department, working in the Topeka and Holton areas.

He was a member of Circleville Christian Church and Silver Lake Lions Club.

He married Joyce M. Ingels on May 26, 1962, in Circleville. She survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Tracey Parrett and Kelley Parrett, both of Topeka; two brothers, Ronald D. Parrett and wife Marlyn, Circleville, and Kenneth A. Parrett and wife Carol, Mayetta; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Mary Parrett; and an infant twin brother, Maurice Heath Parrett.
