Helen Jeanette “Mes kwob no kwe” Wilson, 81, Delia, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center in Topeka.
She was born Sept. 7, 1936, in Mayetta, the daughter of George Henry and Helen Cynthia Claybear Williams.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.
She married Robert Wilson. He died Aug. 3, 1997. She also was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and a brother.
Survivors include five daughters, Lisa Aitkens, Mary Thomas, Cindy Thomas, Roberta Thomas and Charlene Wilson; a son, Robert Wilson Jr.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is in charge of arrangements.
