Gary Love 1965-2016
Gary Bernard Love, 51, Seneca, died Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca following a motorcycle accident.
He was born Jan. 25, 1965, in Seneca, the son of Harold Joseph and Edna Mae Osterhaus Love.
Mr. Love owned and operated Gary Love Construction in Seneca.
He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca.
He married Eileen Henry on April 26, 1986, at St. James Catholic Church in Wetmore. She survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Jeremy Love and wife Julie, Wichita, and Derek Love and fiancee Melissa Nordhus and Michael Love, all of Seneca; a daughter Stephanie Schulte and husband Patrick, Columbia, S.C.; three grandchildren, Eli Love and Presley Love, both of Wichita, and Harper Schulte, Columbia, S.C.; a brother, William Love and wife Sara, Seneca; two sisters, Jill Boyce and husband Mark, Valley Falls, and Janet Bradley and husband Michael, Leawood; his father-in-law, Francis Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian burial was held Wednesday morning at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca. Burial followed in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Seneca. Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca is in charge of arrangements.
