Debbie Roxanne Frayer, 65, Powhattan, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2019.
She was born July 27, 1954.
Mrs. Frayer worked as a nurse.
She married John Frayer in February 1996. He survives.
Other survivors include three children and their spouses, Nathan and Jonna Davis, Nema and Robert Brown and Melissa and Eric Coots; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an adopted daughter, Breana.
A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at the Methodist Church in Powhattan. Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hiawatha is in charge of arrangements.
