Dan Armstrong 1938-2020

Dan Lee Armstrong, 82, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2020.

He was born Sept. 26, 1938, in Topeka, the son of Norman and Amy Armstrong of Mayetta.

Mr. Armstrong served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Goodyear after 32 years of employment.

He married Patricia Armstrong. She survives.

Other survivors include three children, Mike Armstrong and wife Vicki, Mayetta, Cindy Toy, Burlington, and Jim Armstrong, Moran; five brothers, Jim Armstrong, Mayetta, Art, David and Bill, all of North Pole, Alaska, and Bobby Armstrong, Eskridge; and three sisters, Joyce Burke, North Pole, Alaska, Joan Chapman, Topeka, and Sharon Davis, in Texas. He was preceded in death by Jay Armstrong, “Big” Mike Armstrong and Linda Armstrong.

Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.
