Anthony Glen Schmitz, 35, Sand Springs, Okla., died Friday, Aug. 4, 2017.
Mr. Schmitz was a charge nurse.
Funeral services will be held Friday at First Baptist Church, Rogers Campus in Skiatook, Okla. Johnson Funeral Home of Sperry, Okla. is in charge of arrangements.
