Angelia Wishteyah Riley 1984-2019
Angelia Wishteyah Riley, 35, Topeka, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, in Kansas City.
She was born March 22, 1984, in Topeka, the daughter of Juan Hernandez and Lisa Wishteyah. She graduated from Beloit High School and attended Brown Mackie Business School in Salina.
Ms. Riley was a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation and the Native American Religion.
Survivors include her mother, Lisa Wishteyah, Topeka; her father, Juan Hernandez, Salina; two sons, Michael Wishteyah and Gabriel Wishteyah, both of Topeka; three daughters, Alanna Wishteyah, Alayiah Wishteyah and Isabella Wishteyah, all of Topeka; two brothers, Thunder Wright, Lawrence, and Juan Wishteyah, Topeka; and a sister, Melissa Wishteyah, Topeka. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rachel Mae Wishteyah.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4 at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hoyt. Wake services will be held Saturday evening at the Native American Church. Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday in O'Bennick Cemetery.
