Allen Carl Rathke, 63, of Circleville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at Colmery-O’Neil Veterans Medical Center in Topeka.
His burial was held Tuesday, Nov. 10 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Olpe.
Allen was born on June 15, 1957 in Emporia. He is survived by his wife Gerri and four children, as well as eight grandchildren and three sisters and extended family.
Allen and Gerri owned an electrical contracting company for 21 years in Topeka. Allen was a retired member of the Air Force for 24 years.
