Vintage Park in Holton now a subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare

Vintage Park at Holton, LLC, a 43-unit senior living residence located on Juniper Drive in Holton, has announced that it is now officially a subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare.

Earlier this week, Genesis HealthCare of Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s largest providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, completed the acquisition of Skilled Healthcare Group.

Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. also operates Hallmark Rehabilitation and Signature Home Health & Hospice. Skilled is the former operator of Vintage Park at Holton.

The combination of the two companies has created one of the largest skilled nursing and post-acute care providers in the country, with more than 500 skilled nursing and senior living centers in 34 states. It has also expanded Genesis HealthCare’s rehabilitation therapy business to more than 1,800 providers in 47 states and the District of Columbia.
