Kuglin named supervisor at LifeCare Fitness Center

Tiffany Kuglin has been named the new supervisor at LifeCare Fitness Center in Holton.

A native of Netawaka, Kuglin, whose maiden name is Bowser, graduated from Jackson Heights High School in 2008.

After high school, she enrolled at Allen County Community College where she obtained a degree in small business management in 2010. While attending Allen County, Kuglin received her personal training certification. She advanced her training and became a certified group instructor in 2012.

During her internship for personal training, Kuglin taught group community classes at a local fitness center. She also gained experience with sports-related injuries by working with athletic trainers for Allen County Community College sports teams.

Kuglin has relocated back to Holton, and as the new fitness center supervisor, she is excited about engaging her community in 5k’s, triathlons, water aerobics, activities for children, nutritional education, group exercise classes, fitness assessments and personal training.

“I love helping people meet their goals,” she said.

 She and her husband, Andrew, live in Holton.
