Fireworks for Sale

Twelve-year-old Kenzie Ogden of Hoyt paid a Tuesday afternoon visit to the fireworks stand run by her uncle, Jason Ogden, as a fund-raiser for the Ogden's Outlaws wrestling club, and loaded up on fireworks for an Independence Day celebration. The elder Ogden said business at his fireworks stand in Holton was going "pretty good." Although most fireworks stands tend to close at the end of the day on Saturday — Independence Day — fireworks may be sold and discharged through the end of the day on Sunday, it was reported.
