Weigel said he likes to use a paint sprayer to coat the larger areas of the walls but that the finer details on some of the molding must be brushed by hand.

Chad DeMoss of Ken Weigel Painting of Topeka patched some holes in the ceiling on the first floor of the Jackson County Courthouse Tuesday evening before the walls and ceiling were set to be painted.

Ken Weigel Painting of Topeka has been hired to paint the interior of the Jackson County Courthouse. Painting began last Wednesday as it expected to continue for at least an additional week.
